Frontline Behavioral Health
Caring for those who care for us

About Us
The Full Story
Frontline Behavioral Health was founded out of a deep commitment to doing better for our first responders, military personnel, and healthcare workers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Cheneen Austin witnessed firsthand the profound toll it took on the mental health of those on the front lines. She saw the desperation that stemmed from limited resources, the weight of moral injury, and the repeated failures of a healthcare system that was supposed to support us.

Motivated by these experiences, Cheneen made it her mission to create a space where individuals in high-exposure roles could access the mental health care they truly deserve. Her work with first responders, law enforcement, and healthcare professionals shed light on the significant barriers to wellness—including internalized stigma, fear of professional repercussions, and the lack of appointment availability that fits demanding schedules.

Today, that mission is a reality. Frontline Behavioral Health exists to break down those barriers and offer meaningful, accessible support.
Cheneen is proudly and purposefully “caring for those who care for us.”
